Remote.Team is a web-based workspace for distributed teams that combines messaging, task management, and project organization in one place. The core emphasis is on asynchronous communication, meaning team members do not need to be online at the same time to collaborate. All messages and conversations are protected with end-to-end encryption, meaning the content is readable only by the people involved and not by the service provider. Each team gets isolated storage on Amazon servers with daily automatic backups.
