🌟 OSS contributions
I work hands-on with open-source agent / AI-infrastructure projects. Recurring contribution sources:
- NousResearch/hermes-agent — agent runtime
- volcengine/OpenViking — docs, deps, fixes
- vectorize-io/hindsight — SDK / agent docs
- pypa/packaging — marker fixes, docs
vllm-project/vllm, browser-use, crewAI, autogen, langchain, langgraph, litellm, ollama, OpenHands, camel-ai/camel, pytorch, huggingface/diffusers, pydantic, fastapi, starlette, boto3, sqlalchemy, pyyaml, tqdm, psutil, sanic, apache/spark, pymc, ray.
The KPIs I care about: PRs merged AND PRs that create real value — no typo / lint farm.

🌐 Online
- Web: babata.icu — daily X briefings + generative tools
- Profile: GitHub is the main public surface; project READMEs are the source of truth
💭 Building philosophy
> babata is designed around two ideas:
> 1. Agent-friendly first — shallow output schemas, snake_case fields, ISO timestamps, no nested wrappers. LLMs reason better when the data shape is flat.
> 2. macOS-native, local-first — your data stays on your machine. No cloud sync for personal records.
Every public project here follows the same conventions: clean MCP / CLI / skill surfaces, transparent auth, distributable (no hardcoded paths).
