蚂蚁集团中间件团队是服务于整个蚂蚁集团的核心基础技术团队，支撑了蚂蚁集团全站的业务，致力于打造世界领先的金融级分布式架构的基础中间件平台，团队的产品包括但不限于 SOFABoot 研发框架、SOFARPC 远程调用框架、服务注册中心、配置中心、限流中心、消息中心、任务调度、分库分表、分布式事务、MOSN/Layotto 等。在云原生方向上，中间件团队是整个中国 Service Mesh 方向最积极的实践者，目前已经全站 90% 实例上线了 Mesh，是全球最大的 Mesh 集群之一；在 Serverless 方向上，团队完成 Serverless 和 FaaS 的内部落地和对外输出，帮助开发人员提高研发效率和资源利用率；在绿色计算方向，团队为企业提供碳中和的技术解决方案；在最新 AI 中间件方向上，团队积极探索中，提供 Agent/MCP 开发托管运行、沙箱服务等能力，帮助蚂蚁集团内部应用往智能原生转型。
加入我们，您将参与：
1. 负责中间件产品（研发框架，微服务中间件，消息中间件，数据中间件，云原生中间件，AI 中间件）的产品设计，新特性研发，性能调优，高可用设计等工作，让产品在每年的双十一、双十二、新春红包等大型活动中经受住考验。
2. 负责中间件产品的产品化、标准化交付的工作，对标开源产品，打造世界领先的中间件产品。
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，2 年以上 Java/Go 开发经验，有并发编程经验，熟悉文件 I/O，网络 I/O 及类加载等机制细节；
2. 熟悉 JVM/Go 基础知识，具有一定的调优经验和内存、线程相关问题排查经验；
3. 有技术热情和较强的学习能力，有很好的问题分析和技术攻关能力，具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力和抗压能力；
4. 有大规模分布式系统或者类库的研发经验，熟悉主流开源中间件，深入了解实现机制，有开源社区贡献者优先；
5. 熟悉 Linux 内核者优先，有 K8s、RPC、消息、数据、存储、Serverless 等产品研发经验值者优先，有性能优化经验者优先；
