xiaomo-skills
A growing library of Claude Code skill plugins covering business thinking frameworks, Feishu meeting analysis, and remote Claude Code control from your phone, all installable by copying folders into your project.
xiaomo-skills is a collection of reusable Claude Code skills (prompt-driven procedures that Claude can execute as named commands) created by a Chinese content creator who goes by the name Xiaomo. The README is in Chinese, so this explanation is based on a translation. The repository is described as an ongoing, continuously updated library.
The largest set of skills in the collection is the "tao" series, which encodes a business and entrepreneurship thinking framework attributed to a teacher the author calls Tao-ge. The series covers several distinct areas: growing an online audience and diagnosing traffic problems using 13 defined thinking models, creating content and writing copy, personal productivity and energy management, building a personal brand, networking, sales conversion, and evaluating startup direction and market fit. Each area has its own skill file that can be triggered with a slash command. A central dispatcher skill called tao analyzes a problem and automatically routes it to the right sub-skill.
Two other skills serve more practical automation purposes. Sentinel connects to Feishu (the Chinese enterprise communication platform, also known as Lark) and scans new audio recordings from its meeting transcription feature on an hourly schedule. It categorizes recordings by length, extracting to-do items, notes, and quotable lines from short clips, and doing a full information analysis on longer ones. The third skill, mycc, runs a local web server that lets you control Claude Code remotely from a phone or web interface through Feishu's messaging system, with support for streaming responses, file transfers, and managing multiple projects.
Installation involves cloning the repository and copying whichever skill folders you want into the .claude/skills/ directory of your own project. Each skill folder contains a SKILL.md file that explains how to use it. The repository is released under the MIT license.
Where it fits
- Run a slash command in Claude Code to analyze why your online content is not getting traffic, using the Tao series' 13 defined audience-growth thinking models.
- Automatically scan your Feishu meeting recordings every hour and extract to-do items, notes, and key quotes without manual review.
- Control Claude Code remotely from your phone through Feishu messaging, including sending files and getting streaming responses while away from your desk.
