An open-source Ethereum launch experiment with published rules, participant-owned lockers, explicit refund windows, permissionless lifecycle actions and permanently locked protocol liquidity.
D17 was shaped around @xbt2027's vision: a token launch should not depend on participants trusting promises made off-chain. Its schedule, exits, supply treatment, settlement path and liquidity rules should be visible before anyone commits, then enforced by contracts rather than operator discretion.

What the mechanism does
- Publishes one immutable launch configuration before commitment begins.
- Uses five timed rounds with declared refund windows and costs.
- Keeps each participant's WETH in their own locker until refund or settlement.
- Allows permissionless finalization, post-grace settlement and official-pool creation.
- Sends official LP tokens to a vault with no withdrawal path.
- Supports late settlement without redirecting a participant's tokens or residual WETH.
- Lets the website run directly from user-supplied Ethereum RPC endpoints; the indexed API is optional.
