Engineer. I get pulled into the parts of a product where being wrong costs money: payment flows, data pipelines, and LLM features that have to keep working on real data, not just demo well.
I'm CTO at Yekar, and I take on focused, well-scoped builds for other teams on the side.
What I do
- Stripe and payment integrations, plus the pre-launch review that catches the double-charge, the replayable webhook, and the user who keeps access after cancelling, before real money runs through them.
- LLM extraction and classification with the unglamorous parts done right: a strict tool boundary, guardrails on the output, and a scored eval so you know it still works after the next prompt change.
- Lead-gen and automation pipelines (scrape, enrich, filter, alert), built inside your own tools so you own the whole thing.
- Clean landing pages and small frontends.
- stripe-prelaunch-security-checklist - the checks a reviewer runs before you take live cards. Clone the scanner and run it in 30 seconds.
- agent-eval-harness - evals, guardrails, and tracing around an extraction agent. Runs offline in about 5 seconds, no API key needed.
- servicing-copilot-reference - idempotent loan-tape import and LLM email classification on an append-only event log.
